Jackalholst Design is a portfolio of creative and professional project works by A. Broderick (MArch(Prof), BAS, GDipArts (Psych), GDipPM, GCertSSc(Surveying)). Design is approached holistically and collaboratively and explore it through a range of mediums, harnessing the storytelling potential and maximising appeal.
My work includes:
Interior fit-out concepts, renders and preliminary documentation
High quality realistic renders of all project typologies
Residential design
Bespoke landscape design
Affordable, small scale residential and commercial feasibility & concept designs
BIM Modelling & documentation
Good design is a manifestation of narrative, poetry, art and nature, all of which come together to make an impression upon the mind. Any fit-out or interior project must appeal to the centre of perception. With a background in architecture, technology and psychology, I have an appreciation for a cross-disciplinary and collaborative approach to design.
A successful design is one that makes a positive, effective impact upon it’s audience, and that can be realised on time and on budget.
